Certificate Programs

First masters students who wish to concentrate their studies in a particular area may pursue a certificate in Biblical Studies; Black Church Studies; History, Theology, and Ethics; Jewish-Christian Relations, Military Chaplaincy; Pastoral Care; Gender and Sexual Justice; and Latinx Church Studies, and Introduction to Theological Foundations.

Collaborative Degrees

As part of the Collaborative Degree Program, Brite Divinity School and Texas Christian University allow qualified students pursuing a Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry or a Master of Theological Studies the opportunity to concurrently pursue a Master of Social Work or a Master of Business Administration.

Master of Theology

The Master of Theology degree is an advanced masters degree program at Brite Divinity School. The 24-hour program leading to this degree is designed to provide students with a more complete mastery of a particular area of theological study than is normally provided at the M.Div. level.
