On Tuesdays at 11:00 am, Brite and TCU students, faculty, staff, the Fort Worth community, and beyond gather in Robert Carr Chapel for weekly chapel service. The service is designed to be interactive and inspirational while offering a space for wonder and embodiment. Worship is a meaningful space during which students, faculty, staff, and guests deepen their understanding of social justice issues and seek ways to be change agents who address challenges in the world.

This week's preacher will be Rev. Dr. Erin Edwards. Rev. Dr. Edwards, an ordained Disciples of Christ minister, came to Brite in 2024 from Davis, California where she served as the Founder/ Lead Pastor and Executive Director of Live on Purpose Community Church. She graduated with a Doctorate of Ministry from Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley with a concentration on the redemption of the church through the lens of the marginalized. She has 20+ years of experience in pastoral care and spiritual leadership and has successfully organized community outreach programs around anti-racism, social justice and LGBTQ+ inclusion.
