Leibrock Village brings the best of apartment living together with an on-campus housing experience for Brite and TCU graduate students. Our spacious one and two bedroom apartments provide the independence for individual study with access to a vibrant trans-disciplinary residential community.
Convenience
Each apartment has its own AC/heater and water heater, providing comfort and control in your living environment. Housing fees include electricity, water, trash/recycling, high speed Wi-Fi and laundry. Housing is charged to your student account by semester, so you can focus on your studies rather than the typical frustrations associated with renting, like monthly rent and utilities payments.
Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor. Laundry fees are including in housing costs. An exercise room and free print station are located in the center building of the complex. Our on-site staff means you have easy access for maintenance requests, general questions, package acceptance, and much more, as well as 24/7 response to any urgent issues.
Living at Leibrock means you are never more than a short walk or shuttle ride from anywhere on campus. Each bedroom comes with a reserved parking space, permitting residents to avoid the cost and hassle of on-campus parking. Additional parking spaces are available at additional cost.
Community
Each of our buildings has large spaces for community gatherings, student groups, or even group or individual study. Throughout the year, a number of planned gatherings ranging from social events, such as the highly competitive Chili Challenge, to educational and engaging conversations with faculty and visiting speakers on a wide variety of topics.
Living at Leibrock means your educational opportunities does not end in the classroom. Having a community of fellow students from a wide range of programs and experiences creates a space to ask questions or easily form study groups. Our indoor and outdoor common areas, including two conveniently located barbeque grills, also are an ideal space to get to know your neighbors and unwind.
Leibrock has an outdoor playground, as well as play spaces indoors dedicated to learning and fun. Leibrock is located within the Lily B. Clayton, McClean, and Paschal school zones, meaning that your children have access to some of the best public schools in the Fort Worth school system. Leibrock is home to families with children of a variety of ages, meaning that our youngest residents have the same advantages as their parents – access to a great education in a safe and secure community, with playmates and friends as neighbors.
Home
For most of our residents, Leibrock is home through their whole graduate program. Year round leasing gives residents the stability through the summer months. Our apartments are unfurnished (with the exception of stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator) giving you the ability to furnish the apartment to suit your needs and style so that you feel at home rather than in a dorm.
As Leibrock Village apartments are in high demand, we encourage interested students to apply for housing as soon as possible after program admittance. Space assignment is done on a first come, first serve basis, relative to application date and availability. Housing for students applying for the Spring semester is confirmed by email during the first week of November and during the first week of May for the Fall semester.
