New Id cardsJune 2, 2010
This is a forwarded important message from Sheri Milhollin in the ID Card Center. Please share this information with your departments:
We have just completed the design of a new2 TCU ID card and are asking for your help to get the word out across campus!
Here’s the scoop!
EVERYONE does have to get a new card. You may keep your current photo or you may chose to take a new one.
As soon as we print a new card, your old one doesn’t work so it is best if you come to the ID center yourself to exchange cards.
You have from today until October 31st to get a new ID Card.
In June we will issue new ID cards onTuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Each Monday and Thursday afternoon we will be taking about 275 incoming freshman photos- so you don’t really want to be in here at that time!
We will be able to take photos Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm during the entire month of July.
I would heavily suggest you avoid the entire month of August!
On November 1st, anyone who has not had a new card printed will be inactivated (turned off) and their card will not work-locking them out of any buildings they have access to (including the rec center and library) and to any meal funds they might have.
So far the new ID card design seems to be a real hit! Don’t wait- come and get yours soon!
See you then….
