Are you feelings stressed or anxious?  Overwhelmed by the state of the world? Maybe you just want to step away from the books for a 90-minute art break. We are all experiencing a prolonged period of stress and anxiety as a result of COVID-19, not to mention the other stressors resulting from our daily lives and various responsibilities. Stress affects our mood, mental state, and our physical health as well.

However you’re feeling right now, please join us for Stress Management through Therapeutic Art with Jashley Boatwright, MA, LPC-AT, ATR-BC on Tuesday, September 22, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

To fully participate in the art activities, you will need 1-3 sheets of art paper and colored pencils. I’m including links to recommended Artagain Paper and Colored Pencils if you would like to purchase.
