In spite of the fact that most of the Bible was originally written in Hebrew and despite the evident beauty of the Hebrew script, Hebrew is very rarely found in Christian art, and, with a few notable exceptions most of the example some from one period, 1450-1650.

Brite Student Association is now accepting submissions for artwork inspired by the Hebrew Bible to be displayed during the lecture. The deadline is November 13th at 5:00pm fro more information please email brt_bsg
