The Arthur Vining Davis Foundations Fellowship


The Arthur Vining Davis Foundations Fellowship is Brite’s premier competitive scholarship for outstanding Master of Divinity students. This award includes a full tuition grant plus a $10,000 annual stipend for three years of fulltime Master of Divinity study.

Recipients of the AVDF Fellowship are expected to excel academically and to demonstrate outstanding potential for leadership in the church and in the wider community. Successful applicants must have an undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or better. An admissions interview, in person or via Skype, is required as part of the application process.

Application deadline: May 1, 2014.

Awards will be announced on May 15.

Those making application for the AVDF Fellowship who are not successful in winning this award will automatically be considered for Brite’s other Master of Divinity scholarships. Grants range from 50-100% tuition and may also include a merit stipend.
